Individuals receive a virtual or in-person 25-minute check-in with a trained staff member. The discussion can include wellness-related topics such as stress management tips, parenting support, coping skills, learning new hobbies, self-care regimen, nutrition-diet support, and more.

Wellness Check-ins

The wellness group sessions are designed to foster important life skills. With our trauma-informed approach, people will have a safe space to share thoughts and feelings with one another, allowing them to glean from one another and view different perspectives that can positively impact their personal development. During these sessions, individuals will also have the opportunity to learn, develop and implement critical personal and professional life skills.

We all know that children do not come with instructions, and it can be pretty challenging to help them navigate life's experiences, good and bad. Because of this, this group was designed to support parents whose children have experienced trauma, grief, or loss. We provide support for the emotional challenges of becoming a parent—supportive information and resources.
